iOS4: How to unlock with iPhone iOS4

With the iOS4 software being out to all iPhone/iPod touch users out there, unlocking the iPhone is also now possible. Before you can unlock your iPhone though, you will have to jailbreak it beforehand. The tool used for jailbreaking the iOS4 software is available for both MAC and Windows users through the redsn0w tool.

Ultrasn0w has been updated to the latest version making unlocking possible. The Ultrasn0w verison 0.9.3 is available via the Cydia stores using repo, repo666.ultrasn0w.com. In order to add a repo, a user must first go to the store and add it as a new repository.

Please be aware that the Cydia store will only be available to users who have jailbroken their iPhone first. Happy Unlocking!
