Verizon iPhone 4G Release Date Not WWDC 10

Verizon iPhone 4G Release Date is not WWDC 10. There have been many rumors that suggest that Apple is launching a Verizon iPhone 4G phone during WWDC 10, but that is false. Even a Verizon Rep confirmed to Beet.tv that they won’t be launching any Apple products in the near future. In the future we can still expect a Verizon iPhone 4G.

The Verizon iPhone 4G is not coming because Apple still has their exclusive contract with AT&T, as far as we know. The contract should expire in 2012, or it may have even expired but neither Apple nor AT&T can disclose that to us yet. We will find out more about the new iPhone 4G in WWDC 10.

Many Apple fans are excitingly awaiting WWDC 10. The Apple announcement starts really soon. About 20 minutes from this post, Apple will start their WWDC 10 conference. Unfortunately there won’t be a Verizon iPhone.
